The ECX Claim Has Officially Started
The official ECX claim process is now live.
If you held eligible Bitcoin at the official snapshot, you can now begin the process of receiving your ECX through the official Claim eCash portal.
The portal provides everything needed to complete your claim safely:
- eligibility verification;
- allocation lookup;
- wallet-specific guidance;
- the official ECX Claim Tool.
Step 1 — Check Your Eligibility
If you haven't already confirmed your eligibility, begin with the ECX Claim Checker.
Using only your public Bitcoin address, you can:
- verify eligibility;
- view your ECX allocation;
- confirm that the address participated in the snapshot.
The checker never asks for a Private Key or Recovery Phrase.
Step 2 — Claim Your ECX
Once you've confirmed your eligibility, proceed to the Official ECX Claim Tool.
Depending on your wallet, you can verify ownership using one of two supported methods:
- Private Key Mode
- Recovery Phrase Mode
You'll also be asked to enter an ECX receiving address. This address can be generated by an ECX-compatible wallet or obtained from an exchange or service that supports ECX deposits.
After your information has been verified, your ECX will be sent to the receiving address you provided.
